• The growing numbers of Muslim in Dexon has trigger the need to address the cultural diversity
issues. The concerns of prayer, dressing, foods and drinks may need to review for a
harmonious workplace.
CURRENT CONDITIONS
• Prayer Rooms are available for Prayer.
• Dress code acceptable for everyone
• No segregation of pantry areas
• During Ramadan, Muslim employees are permitted to leave office 30 minutes earlier by
reduction 30 minutes for their lunch break.
