This passage from Psalm 139 describes how God created the author from the earliest stages of development in the womb and knew them even before they were formed. The author praises God for being fearfully and wonderfully made, with God's works being wonderful. God saw the author's unformed body and had written all the days of their life in a book before they came to be.
