I'm a Human-Computer Interaction professional, with around 9 years’ experience in User Centered Design (UCD), and Design Thinking evangelist and practitioner. As the leader of the User Experience team in Schneider Electric I have managed to move the organization's processes from being purely tactical and focusing primarily in wireframing (mockups), interactive prototypes and heuristic evaluation to have a more strategic focus, including usability tests, usability analysis, usability studies, usability research, task analysis, etc. and building an UX knowledge base.
