What we do – Identifying unmet needs Methods for identifying unmet needs Blue Mango has a variety of methodologies available for identifying unmet needs in a given market space. These can be externally or internally focused and can address existing or future needs. The appropriate tools are selected based on your strategic needs. The first stage involves a primary screen to rapidly weed out poor opportunities. This is followed by assessing the market attractiveness for the leading opportunities. The next stage of the process is to assess the competitive positioning of your company using a Key Success Factor analysis. The final stage of the process is to identify the most viable options for for your organization and build an initial business case.
