In this work, using professional software Fuzzy Logic Toolbox from MATLAB 7.5 specifically that shows the simulation of a model that reflects organizational change process based on the approach to complexity at the Center for Environmental Engineering Camagüey (CIAC). This organization, as a social formation itself is immersed in an environment that maintains the mutual relations of influence, and it provides the organizational complexity and multiple aspects of uncertainty or fuzziness of its boundaries. It is through the interaction and interconnection of multiple and different factors in nature that based on the implementation of structural and functional systemic approach using a hermeneutic dialectic epistemology we intend to achieve in practice self-organization of the center. Each of these factors or variables, such as nonlinear phenomena in itself, defined by human thought that is imprecise by nature, is expressed by fuzzy sets with overlapping boundaries, which, together with the rule base (existing knowledge system) and the inference mechanism conforms the fuzzy inference system (FIS) that shapes the future conduct of the Center and the interrelationships between all variables. Integration into a single model of factors as diverse and yet highly interrelated with as participation, co-leadership and autonomy variable as "research & development willingness" and others like impacts, production, relevance and optimization to identify possible capacity variable analysis from a vision trans-disciplinary process of self-organization and school management.

Metaphors are useful and powerful communication devices used in our daily conversation and in academic research. They are conceptual tools that we use to make sense of the world and interpret meaning (Ortony, 1975; Oswick, Keenoy & Grant, 2002; Pepper, 1942; Smith & Simmons, 1983). By using analogies, metaphors create mental images that assist in interpreting the world. Morgan (1998) believes that by creating certain types of realities within our minds metaphors help us to contextualize the world in ways that we may not have imagined before (Hussain & Hafeez, 2009). Just as metaphors are helpful in understanding the point of a conversation they can also bring clarity to the nature of an organization, or enterprise. Morgan provides eight perspectives of organizations; machine, organism, brain, culture, political system, flux & transformation, psychic prison, and instruments of domination. These metaphors help in understanding organizations, making sense of organizational structure, leadership style, management control and behavior by associating meaning to them. They provide different perspectives and allow multiple dimensions of organizations to emerge. By offering a multi- layered, multi-dimensional view our knowledge and perspectives expand. By expanding our perspective we open the way for innovation and creativity as well as provide the organizational change practitioner additional communication channels to convey the message and achieve the desired goals in organizational transformation. Pedagogic challenges in the learning organization Full Text · TranslateFull text · Introduction In recent years pedagogical approaches appear increasingly significant regarding learning in working life, workplace learning and learning organizations. Billett (2008) conceptualizes the relations between educational efforts and peoples' everyday learning processes at work as pedagogic issues and qualities. Pedagogic activities as "work-based learning" (Siebert et al. , 2009) and "work-integrated learning" (Martin et al. , 2012) are structured educational attempts to facilitate learning processes at work showing the importance of linking pedagogy and workplace learning together. Although Senge's (1990) interest in dialogue, team learning and leaders' role as teachers, more elaborated pedagogical perspectives are not emphasized in literature on the learning organization (TLO) tradition or in the knowledge management (KM) approach particularly. However, Lustri et al. (2007) propose to connect the tradition of KM to TLO and describe a link between the technical aspects of organizational creation and storing of knowledge and a sociocultural approach of theories of learning. The authors' approach appears as a pedagogic intervention effort considering especially the strategic steering of interpretative and reflective aspects of individuals' learning processes. They also point to the importance of team learning to spread experiences and individual knowledge. Knowledge in an organization is a contextual construction, practice-based and often tacit (Gherardi, 2009).
