I am a high-energy, data-driven, people-oriented researcher, always looking for ways to better understand the social world. I am currently Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. My appointment is in the Department of Anesthesia, with the Wilson Centre and Postgraduate Medical Education. Previously, I was Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Francisco, where I worked with Scott Reeves on a project titled “Understanding the Nature of Team-Based Care & Patient & Family Involvement in Intensive Care Settings,” is a comparative ethnography funded by the Moore Foundation.
