2. Picnik is a website to edit pictures on. You have tons of features to choose from. Some options even have the choice to use that effect in some of the picture. You paint where you want the original picture, or where you want the effect. There is also text and stickers you can customize to put on your picture. A collage is also available putting pictures together as one. Then, there are touch-up options for teeth, and facial features. Frames are another feature on this website. If you get the premium version, you can do every feature on the website, but you have to pay $19.95 a year.
