PRADEEP LALA, CEO Embassy Services
Welcome to the first newsletter of FY 2015-16. I am
immensely proud to bring to you the eighth consecutive
quarterly newsletter which, not coincidentally, coincides with
a strong phase of growth for Embassy Services. I am glad
that we have been able to share with you our successes and
achievements during the last two years whilst receiving
strong support from various quarters.
Republic day is one day of the year, when the pomp and
efficiency of our security team can be seen in full flow. This
year, the team at Embassy Manyata Business Park put on a
great show of strength and fitness through an elegant
March Past.
REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION
Embassy Services felicitated some of the guards and
supervisors for the excellent work done over the year. This
was also a chance to allow them to let their hair down and
they did so with a series of fun games such as slow cycling
race and tug of war. Prizes were awarded to the winners.

EMBASSY SERVICES WINS THE BEST ORNAMENTAL
GARDEN AWARD ... AGAIN!
KUNAL GANJAWALA FLOORS THE EMBASSY

LIFE LANE INITIATIVE – SEE AMBULANCE MOVE LEFT
Embassy Services won the award for the Best Ornamental
Garden at the Mysore Horticulture Society garden
competition held in January 2015 at Lalbagh Botanical
Gardens. We received this award for excellence in
landscaping, while facing stiff competition from more than
89 private and government organizations. The award, won
by us for the 4th consecutive year, bears testimony to the
efforts put in by our team over the years in ensuring a
beautiful and serene environment for our park users.
Living in a big metropolitan
city, we often times chance
upon ambulances stuck in the
traffic jams while we sit in our
vehicles worrying about the
patient’s health and maybe in
our effort to give way, end up
adding to the chaos on the
road. Life Lane India, a NGO
started by a group of

Those under the impression that Embassy Services is an ‘all
work and no play’ organization would be pleasantly
surprised to know that we thoroughly enjoyed hosting the
famous Bollywood singer – Kunal Ganjawala at the
Embassy Services office. He was in Bangalore for a
promotional visit and despite his busy schedule, took time
out to spend with the Embassy Services team. Needless to
mention, that having such a talented personality in our
midst was pure delight. He was also gracious enough to
leave a signed memento which proudly adorns the Embassy
Services office now.
something about it. They
came up with the concept of
“See Ambulance, Move Left”.
This is a simple, yet powerful
message which can
potentially save many lives
which would earlier have
been stuck in traffic awaiting
specialized medical attention.
On 5th March, more than 20
volunteers from Life Lane
India assembled at the
Escape Food court in Embassy
Manyata Business Park and
through flash mobs and
“nukkad nataak” initiated
spreading awareness about
this message. Vehicle stickers
were also distributed at the
event venue which saw
around 500 park users
assemble to witness the event.
We hope that this effort by Life
Lane India will reach to a
wider cross section of people.
3. EMBASSY SERVICES STARTS
THE INTEGRATED FACILITIES MANAGEMENT VERTICAL
We have been the leaders in the property management
industry for more than 20 years now with our portfolio
spanning 30 million square feet of commercial, residential,
retail and education spaces.
During our frequent interactions with clients, there has
always been a constant demand for better quality and more
reliable facility management services. Over the last few

As part of the rebranding exercise at Embassy Services, we
have rolled out new uniforms for our ground staff.
The new orange coloured jacket is made of reflective
material with the Embassy Services logo on the back. The
new look is designed with the aim of ensuring a sense of
uniformity and belongingness within the team. This new
uniform will ensure that our team is easily identifiable while
working on the premises and therefore more approachable.
We have taken another significant step in enhancing the
security at Embassy Manyata Business Park by introducing a
dog squad consisting of two trained sniffer dogs and two
professional handlers.
This team will be stationed 24X7 at the premises. The
primary task of this squad is explosive detection, sanitize
basements and threat locations and respond to
emergencies. They will act as deterrents to any untoward
activities and also add to the increased security levels of the
premises.
