WHAT WE PROVIDE
These are the services we provide, roughly in
order of priority:
• Hardware and network troubleshooting
• Device/lab configuration and upgrades
• Blended learning software assistance (i.e., ST
Math, Khan Academy, Reasoning Mind,
Waggle, Lexia, Achieve3000 and LightSail)
• Technology staff support and on-site capacity
building

We have provided several methods for getting in
touch with us. Whichever method you choose,
you will receive an immediate acknowledgement
that your request was received, and a personal
response shortly after submission.

If your school has a dedicated technician, we will
work with him or her to coordinate our services.
OUR MODEL
The Blended Learning Helpdesk will provide direct
services to your classroom and also coordinate
services with LAUSD and your school site
technology staff. Collaboration is key.
WHO WE ARE
The Partnership’s Blended Learning Helpdesk was
created to help remove technological barriers to
effective blended learning implementation. Our
goal is to make sure teachers get the support they
need so they can focus on great teaching without
the worry and frustration caused by non-
functioning technology.
The Blended Learning Helpdesk is an operational
support provided by the Partnership as part of
our mission to empower all students with a high-
quality education. Your input will be critical to the
