Requirements:
Keen and enthusiastic to work in caring role with some experience of
working in caring environment but NOT essential
Unemployed between 6 months and 2 years and Claiming benefit
Have Positive attitude
Demonstrate Punctuality / reliability, i.e. be on time for the various shifts.
Ability to demonstrate empathy when dealing with clients
Must be Flexible
Able to work shifts
Able to demonstrate good levels of literacy and numeracy
Committed to undertake training and complete the full pre employment
training programme including work trials.
Team player.
