 These first impression can be nearly impossible to reverse or undo, making those first encounters extremely important.,[object Object]
Know Your Audience You really don't want your presentation to be a surprise. Define your target audience.
Know Your Audience making sure you've understood your audience and their needs properly will help you ensure that your material is on target to meet their needs.
Practice, Practice, Practice practice helps you to deliver the words naturally. This means they will be coming more from your heart and mind, rather than from a piece of paper.

Plan to arrive a few minutes early.,[object Object]
Present Yourself Appropriately Of course physical appearance matters. The person you are meeting for the first time does not know you and your appearance is usually the first clue he or she has to go on.
Is your appearance saying the right things to help create the right first impression?
A Winning Smile! “Smile and the world smiles too.” So there’s nothing like a smile to create a good first impression.
Be Open and Confident Body language as well as appearance speaks much louder than words. Stand tall. Make eye contact.
