To bring order to the data of the nation's sixteenth largest integrated healthcare network, they engaged Enstoa to help create and execute an IT Master Plan. Enstoa led the project management system selection process, and eventually Primavera Unifier was chosen as the go-forward system.
1. This New York hospital system has over 11 million
square feet of real estate and a five year plan to
spend billions in new capital construction.
With an annual operating budget of $6.7
billion and more than 44,000 employees, this
hospital was looking for a world-class project
controls system to support their expected
velocity of capital spending in the years after
implementation. To bring order to the data
of the nation’s sixteenth largest integrated
healthcare network, they engaged Enstoa to
help create and execute an IT Master Plan. This
initial consultation was closely followed by
further activities:
• First step was selection and implementation
of a project management system. Enstoa led
the system selection process, considering
several enterprise level candidate systems
• Oracle Primavera Unifier® was selected as
the go-forward system
• Primavera Unifier was installed and
configured by Enstoa to enhance the
hospital’s already robust business processes
• Enstoa conducted role based training and
created video tutorials ensuring easy
adoption of the system
• Deployment of Panoptra® for Unifier-
centralized reporting and dashboards
Since the go-live date, Enstoa continues to
help the hospital to administer the system
and to support this large non-profit’s
progress towards an enterprise level project
information delivery platform.
