2. Company Profile
AB ROTECH is a Swedish company
established in Turkey / İzmir, in 2000.
In 2002, by September, the company moved
to Bursa. Ever since, it serves from Gemlik
with 2000m2 production facility and 600m2
office area with over 70 employee.
The core business of AB Rotech is, building
Robotic Automation Systems and keeping
those systems on production with 7/24 after
sales support.
Since establishement 1100 robots are
installed by AB Rotech.

5. Project Managemet
AB Rotech Project Management
Team, is specialised in planning,
controlling and expiditing; as a result
of which optimised quality is supplied
to the demanding customer on time.
Building a system requires systematic
study which is totally under control in
Project Management Department.

6. Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Department
Our design team is well experienced in welding
fixtures, grippers, welding cells and other process
based applications.
Design department is driven by the project
management team in parallel with each project
objectives.
All 3D designs are performed with PTC Creo and
ACAD, simulations performed at Robotstudio.
Manufacturing is subcontracted to selected suppliers
and all parts are measured inhouse for quality
approval.

7. Electrical Design and Manufacturing
Department
MCP and all electrification design is
performed in – house based on project data
received from Project management
All components and parts are carefully
selected from a list of globally proven
suppliers and Manufacturing is
subcontracted to selected external suppliers.

8. Automation Department
For each project, automation department
assigns a responsable to join the project
team. All PLC and robot multitasking
programmes are prepared and handed over
to project team.
Size of the projects varies from a few I/O’s to
complex layouts with thousands of I/O’s,
custome made opeartor panels and
traceability systems.

9. Commissioning Department
In parallel to main project planning targets,
supervisor of the department plans all in-
house and external installation,
commissioning, programming and
production supervision activities.
Commissioning team consist of welding
experts for arc and spot welding as well as
process know how for other targeted
applicaiton specialities.

12. After Sales & Support
Projects that are installed and Started serial
production is transferred to Aftersales &
Support Department who will be responsible
from the system to run with 7/24 on site
support.
The department will keep the customer
satisfaction at utmost level by emergency
service, maintenance support, spare part supply
and robot & system training
