A facsimile was created by combining an alternating brush pattern and fine lithography printing on aluminum. This finish is a first-rate accompaniment the leather accents of the interior.

7. Ford Mustang Pattern was chosen from several concept patterns submitted to Ford based on a pinstripe theme. This open pattern allows aluminum to show through with the addition of a fine lined raised texture.

Combination trim based off concept parts shown to Chrysler giving the appearance of two parts in one with a single tooling and printing operation. Corvette 50th Anniversary Instrument Cluster Teamed with production printers of speedometer and instrument inserts, artwork was adjusted for a special UV ink printing process and optimized for screen mesh and printing tolerances. Redesigned logo for optimum printing, submitted to Corvette for approval. Speedometer appears 3D when lit by UV light; dials are on different levels in relation to each other.

26. Jeep Grand Cherokee Interior wood grain finish based on selective wood grain from Jeep designers. Created faux wood grain printed on aluminum fascia. Responsible for finish concepts, construction and production separation. Technical grid pattern chosen from submitted concept patterns.

28. Jeep Grand Cherokee Wood Grain Using actual veneer wood grain as a base, wood grain finishes were developed using scanned images. Adjusted wood grains in Photoshop and experimented with ink mixing to achieve a realistic reproduction. Final product is a series of images and individual ink applications built on top of one another until the layered ink appears as a full color image. This is a unique and extremely labor intensive process.
29. Jeep SRT Jeep designers wanted a clean and pure finish for the SRT. This was a very difficult finish to create in production due to the naked appearance of the finish which allowed for absolutely no blemishes or imperfections. Problem solving with the factory and working with engineering lead personal to create solutions that allowed for the finish to be created in full scale production.

The finish utilizes a dual direction brush turned onto each other at a 45 degree angle. Tint was applied after brushing within a selective resist area featuring the Sportage name in raw aluminum.

Several versions were produced and submitted for approval. These flat sheets where then shipped to Frazero Limited, the material was hand tooled to produce the production parts for the vehicle interior.
