Dear Parents
END OF YEAR PICNIC – BIG DAY IN
On Friday, 12th December, 2014 students from Kindergarten, Years 1 and 2 will be having a ‘Big Day In’ as their end of
year picnic day. We have planned a day full of fun activities for the children. T here will be a ‘Fizzics’ Science Show, class
picnic and ‘Bop T ill You Drop’ disco.
Date: Friday, 12th December, 2014
Time: 9:30am to 2.55pm
Cost: Included in Semester 2 Fees as ‘End of Year Activity’
Supervision: Students will be supervised by classroom teachers and support teachers
Children can wear mufti on the day and a school hat. They will need to pack a picnic lunch, morning tea and plenty to drink.
There will be a drink and snack supplied during the disco
9.00am - 9.30am In classrooms
9.30am - 10.30am ‘Fizzics Big Science Show’
10.30am - 1.00pm Class, class picnic and games. Play with new ‘Giant’ construction materials.
1:00pm – 2:55pm ‘Bop Till you Drop’ disco
To enable your child to participate in the ‘Big Day In’, please complete, detach and return the following permission note,
along with your $20 payment, if outstanding, in a clearly marked envelope to the class teacher by Tuesday, 9th December,
2014.
This activity has been approved by the school principal.
