1. INGREDIENTS:
-300gr. of cod
-1 garlic
-2 onions
-oil
-bread crums
-red peppers
-1/2 ltr. milk
-salt

3. -Flat pan
-Wood spoon
-Knife
-Mixer

5. ●First,pour some oil
in a flat pan with
one clove of garlic
and two onions cut
into pieces.

6. ●Then, add small
pieces of cod, the
milk and the flour.

7. ●Next,stir it with a
wood-spoon until you
get a dough.

8. ●When the dough is
cold, put it into the
peppers with a small
spoon.

9. ●Later, coat the
peppers with flour,
egg and bread crumbs
and then fry them.

10. ●Finally, you can
cover the peppers
with tomato sauce.
