5. What is a Young Pioneer ?
A Young Pioneers is a young person who leads the way,
takes the first step to get things going and makes a positive
difference to the lives of others. A Young Pioneer teaches
and trains other young people, passing on their skills to
enable others with an “I can do approach life” thereby
demonstrating that it is “Cool to Care”.
