Joe Crespo, a Vietnam veteran who was blinded while serving, lives in Bristol
Township with his wife, Elise. Even though he’s visually impaired, Joe still mows
the lawn and runs 4 miles a day. After retiring from the Fairmount Park
Commission, Joe and Elise noticed their home’s roof was in trouble.
