Jennie was born into a Catholic family in Korea and attended Catholic school. Her uncle being a priest influenced her family's strong practice of religious rituals. However, witnessing her uncle go insane due to his complex faith caused Jennie to view Christianity negatively. After moving to the USA and Philippines, exposure to Christian and Jewish friends strengthened Jennie's faith, and she concluded that she is a mildly religious Christian.

2. Birth Being born into Catholic Christian family in Korea. Jenni went through the process of baptism and communion. Her uncle was also a priest further contributing to her Christian faith. Because of her uncle being a priest her family practiced strong religious rituals. She also attended catholic school enrolling in Kindergarten .

3. Family Jennies Grandfather was born a Buddhist and then later converted to Christianity. Being surrounded by Christianity naturally Jennie was content with her religion. This was until she witnessed her uncle go insane because of the complexity of his faith. This caused Jennie to naturally have a negative view on the Christian faith.

4. Move to USA and The Philippines Though both the Philippines and USA are mainly Christian dominant. Jennie was exposed to both Christianity and Judaism. Her Christian friends where really devoted to worshiping God and attending church every Sunday. Being influenced by this made Jennie's faith in Christianity become stronger. Her Jewish friends opened her up to new religious cultures. Meeting their families exposed her to rituals such as: celebrating Hanukkah and going to Synagogue with a few of them.
