What is a RSR?
RSR is a Referral Sales Representative.
As a RSR (Referral Sales Representative) you work for Ezlife Solutions
as a sale representative. You have the opportunity to recruit more
people around you, referred to as your down line.

How to Become a successful RSR?
● Keep more than six members because over the years few members
will not be as productive as others and it will keep the RSR
Level Promotion Active.
● Always keep Auto renewal active but always check your credit card
balance and expiration dates. We encourage you to always Renew 1
Months ahead of your card expiration. If you do not renew your
membership or if you miss the renewal date, you will not get
yours down lines back and all your hard work goes to waste.
● Keep continue to work with your down lines to make sure about the
year end renewal.
● Perform a weekly teleconference or get-together meeting with your
6 hands and encourage them to keep their down lines active.
● Perform a yearly get-together meeting with all your down lines .
HOW RSR WORKS
ELS “Water Wave Level” has direct sales system where RSR will get the
benefit by referring member directly only. Based on their direct
referral sales ELS will provide them a position level as their
achievement. Also they will get incentive depends on their level of
position.

REFERRAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE COMPENSATION PLAN :
3. Referral Sales Representative Compensation Plan:
a. the ways in which Benefits are earned:
i. The customer of Ezlife Solutions will work their way up the RSR Marketing System by
referring new members who decide to join.
ii. Then the new members need to refer another set of members who decide to join.
b. Benefits, including their continued availability:
i. If new Member refers 6 new members to join, then First new member move up to the
Territory Sales officer(TSO) status – that has a benefit of ৳1,200 Taka /year, paid for by
Ezlife Solutions.
ii. If the set of TSO members referrer 6 new TSO members each then Territory Sales officer
moves up to the Junior Sales Officer (JSO) status – that has a benefit of ৳2,400
taka/year, paid for by Ezlife Solutions.
iii. If the set of JSO members referrer 6 new JSO members each then Junior Sales Officer
member moves up to the Sales Executive(SE) status – that has a benefit of ৳6,000
taka/year, paid for by Ezlife Solutions.
iv. If the set of SE members referrer 6 new SE members each then Sales Executive member
moves up to the Asst. Sales Manager(ASM) status – that has a benefit of ৳24,000
taka/year, paid for by Ezlife Solutions.
v. If the set of ASMl members referrer 6 new ASM members each then Sales Manager(ASM)
Member moves up to the Sales Manager(SM) status – that has a benefit of ৳72,000
taka/year, paid for by Ezlife Solutions.
vi. If the set of SM members referrer 6 new SM members each then SM Member moves up
to the Deputy General Manager (DGM) sales status – that has a benefit of ৳150,000
taka/year, paid for by Ezlife Solutions.
vii. If the set of DGM members referrer 6 new DGM members each then DGM Member
moves up to the General Manager Sales(GMS) status – that has a benefit of ৳210,000
taka/year, paid for by Ezlife Solutions.
viii. If the set of GMS members referrer 6 new GMS members each then GMS Member moves
up to the Asst. Director Sales (ADS) status – that has a benefit of ৳360,000 taka/year
plus ৳20,000 taka/month, paid for by Ezlife Solutions.
ix. If the set of ADS members referrer 6 new ADS members then ADS Member moves up to
the Director Sales(DS) status – that has a benefit of ৳900,000 taka/year plus ৳40,000
taka/month, paid for by Ezlife Solutions.
c. Membership requirements, including entry criteria and any fees:
i. The customer of Ezlife Solutions is automatically enrolled in the RSR Wave Level
Marketing System for the ৳700.00 Taka annual fee.
d. The expiry of Membership and accrued Status:
i. If a membership is not renewed or terminates their contract with ELS, then the member
will forfeit all benefits being received from Ezlife Solutions and all members that have
reached a higher status level will be dropped one level respectively until they can fulfill
the empty spot in their down line.
e. The way in which the RSR Marketing System is managed:
i. The number of referred members will be tracked through an online system set-up on the
Ezlife Solutions website. A member will be able to logon to see their status within the
system.
f. The Program Partners or their Reward Schemes and the Eligible Products
g. The Ezlife Solutions company is solely responsible for paying for the benefits of the system to its
members.
