This document provides a project roadmap and timeline for the Transform 66 Outside the Beltway project with the following key details: The express lanes are scheduled to open in December 2022. Early construction activities are currently underway including surveys. Right of way acquisition is also starting in spring 2018 and will involve over 200 property owners. Construction will ramp up in spring 2018 with lane shifts, tree removal, and utility relocation. Final noise, traffic, and environmental analyses will be completed in spring 2018. The corridor aesthetics plan and final design activities will also be ongoing.
