  1. How much difference money makes a difference in a person’s life ? Does a person or a workers motivation revolves around monetary gains, and why? People have strong desire to be financially stable. Is it suppose to bring them happiness?
  2. Organizations are people, or anyone working as an individual who is working as a 'freelancer’ ,, providing services. Put a lot of effort for having some type of return which could give him his/ her worth of effort, that person is putting in. If the inputs are providing the person with some sort of out puts in terms of rewards. He/she will loose interest and feel not putting the effort, and feel de motivated.
  3. Humans have a ‘nature’ consists of psychological behaviors, which needs a 'stimulus’ to be able to feel an urge to put effort in something or work, to get gains in terms of his expected efforts. If the person's efforts matches the prerequisites of the task, then he/she will have higher degree of expectations of rewards in terms of money and recognition. In performance based organizations, the good workers are more motivated as they get rewarded well.
  4. What is motivation which creates an energy into a person to put effort and interest in his work? That id the desire to get compensated in a form which an produce outputs in the form of rewards for his/her efforts. That should satisfy the person’ ability to satisfy his/her different to feel secure. The difference between the ‘expectations and actual results dictates the level of satisfaction related to motivation.
  5. There are many factors which creates positive energy to work harder and with more devotion. They are mostly inter, elated but human’s or workers, take monetary gains as the prime factor of their success. More increase in salary is taken as more respect and other factors associated.
  6. There are many theories which explain different needs in different sequence. Perhaps, individuals have different priorities to get motivated, but in every theory, the sense of security, recognition, respect, reward are the prime factors. Human nature’s first need is security and fulfillment of hits desires and comfort. All are attached with the money in perspective.
  7. In seeking a job, more than 95% people’s desire is to get a high salaried job, which can give them good quality life and affordability, which is known as a work-life-balance.
  8. Maslow, relates the hierarchy of needs starting from, ‘basic needs as most important factors, followed by security, love and protection etc. It relates to the foremost need to seek or desired and all that comes with money. In toddy's world, money is probably the sole criteria to command recognition of success and respect.
  9. Equity theory, also states that , the worker’s performance id mostly dependant on the perception of workers rewards in respect to the work he/she puts in. If there in equilibrium, there would be lack of motivation to work with zeal and devotion in future.
