1. OBJECTIVE
1.1.This document will run you through the whole process that one should do
to send mass mails via Netcore.
2. WHAT IS NETCORE?
2.1.Netcore is a commonly used tool for sending n number of mails at a time.
It is used to run effective marketing and customer engagement campaigns.
2.2.Helps brands reach out to their target group by Segmenting & targeting
profiled email subscribers of relevant publishers over email campaigns.
2.3.A good mass email campaign doesn't need expensive web-based
solutions: it can be handled effectively on your desktop or laptop pc,
keeping your own email lists private and managing every aspect of the
strategy on our mass email software. It's easier, safer, and cost effective.
2.4.In StratAgile we use this bulk mailer to send out large batch of EDM,'s for
surveys
2.5.In the past we have used Netcore for the following projects Legoland
annual pass, MyMailMoment external surveys.

3. LIST NAME CREATION
The first step is to “Create a List Name”
Once you have decided on the target group and you are ready with the list you
can upload the list to Netcore.
Steps:
3.1 . Click on “Manage” button as shown below.
3.2 Click on “Create list” as shown below

3.3 Type in a Unique List name: e.g. AIP_Worker_Pass_Study_B5 and then
click on “Create List” button.
3.4 The new list has been created successfully.

4. UPLOADING A LIST
4.1. Now that the list has been created we have to upload an excel file which is
in the Comma Delimited (.csv) format, with the required fields.
In the below e.g. we have three required fields
1. EMAIL
2. GIVENNAME
3. LINK
Note: The headings in the CSV file should have the same custom name that
we will be using in the HTML e.g. in the above scenario we will be using
[GIVENNAME] for name, for email [EMAIL].
4.2. Click on the ‘Add’ button to upload a new file.

4.3. When the Add button is clicked it redirects to a page where we can
upload a CSV file as shown below.
4.4. Click on the radio button “Import contacts from CSV file” and then click
on Save and add contacts as shown below.

4.5. Then click on the choose file button, and chose the Comma Delimited file
(.csv) from the folder where you have saved your file in. Then click on
open.

4.6. Click on the button “Proceed attribute mapping”
4.7.When clicked on “Proceed attribute mapping” a new pop up shows up with
the terms and conditions, Click on “I agree” at the bottom of the pop up.

4.8. Now we are redirected to the next page “Mapping Attributes” which
shows the mapped fields and the number of records that were uploaded.
4.9. The auto correct radio button will be chosen by default. And then we have
to click on “Save and Add Contacts” button.

4.10. Now we will be redirected to a page where the no of valid records and
the list of the black listed email ids.
4.11. Now again click on “Manage” button.

4.12. Now click on the refresh button,
4.13. It will show the no of records that the EDM will be sent to and how
many records are black listed.

5. CREATING A NEW CAMPAIGN
5.1. Click on “Campaign” button
5.2. Then you may click on “Create New Campaign” button for creating a
brand new campaign.
5.3. Enter the name of the campaign. Secondly enter the given subject line
of the campaign. Thirdly choose the sender type as standard.
Fourthly enter the sender’s name.

5.4 .The enter the sender email address and choose the domain from the
list of Contact Netcore team to add the required domain.

5.8. Select the user list that you have uploaded.
5.9. Click on “Save as draft” button
5.10. Now click on the “Publish to world” button to send the blast.

5.11. A pop up appears that says “This action will start processing the
emails for this campaign immediately. Do you wish to continue? ” as
shown below.
5.12. Click on ok button and your campaign has gone live.

6. REPORTS
6.1. Click on “Reports” button.
6.2. We can see the report of the campaign we have sent
6.3. Click on “View” button.
6.4. We can view the no of bounces, the no of unique views, unsubscribe if
any. The total no of links, clicks, percentage delivered. Further we have
explained each function.

6.5. Click on the below no under the “Sent” see who all it was sent to.
6.6. Click on the download button, and we can view all the email ids to
which the campaign was sent to.

6.7. Click the no under the bounce section, which shows you all the
Email ids to which the mail got bounced.
6.8. Click on the no under Unique open, which displays all the email ids
that have uniquely opened your campaign.
6.9. Click on the no under the section unique click, which shows the
email ids of the people who have uniquely clicked on your campaign.
6.10. Click on the no under the section UnSub which shows the email ids
of all the people who have unsubscribed.
