The Order of General Nurses, Midwives and Nurses Dolj
(OAMGMAMR) was established under Ordinance 144/2008 in
accordance with Art. 163 of Directive 2005/36/EC of the European
Parliament of 07.09.2005 on the recognition of professional
qualifications. Order of General Nurses, Midwives and Medical
Assistants is the professional organization and it has regulatory role to
develop standards and rules of practice as a nurse, midwife and medical
assistant.
GENERAL PRESENTATION I
The Order of Nurses, Midwives and
Medical Assistants of DOLJ county has a
total of 6000 medical assistants with
Certificate of Membership.
From the total members who have obtained
Certificate of Membership, a number of
4300 are employed in public and private
healthcare.

VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES
PRESENTATION
Year by year we have in our organization a lot of
volunteers which want to be involved in our public
Medical and Social Assistance Units. For all the
volunteers we offer our support that they need to be
integrated in the activities that will be develope. With
all public Medical and Social Assistance Units and
Hospitals of Dolj county we have create a special
protocol for our volunteers. This protocol is made in
accordance with our laws (volunteer law).
VOLUNTEERS REPORT
• In a statistic made within the organization in the last 3​​
years (2009 - 2011) we found an annual increase in the
number of volunteers which want to be involved in
Healthcare units.
• This statistic was performed at the level of the Healthcare​​
and Medical- Social Assistance units of Dolj county.
• A good part of these volunteers have requested our
organization a recommendation that is necessary for a
future job in these units.
CONCLUSIONS
Due to the biological evolution, where social,
economic and cultural factors are involved
simultaneously, our main target is to offer
support to the disadvantaged category of
these units, represented by elder people.
Our concern is to work for the people,
understand their needs and act together for
a dignified life.
The elderly stops moving,
their gestures have too many wrinkles,
their world is too small,
from bed to window,
then from bed to armchair,
then from bed to bed.

The Order of General Nurses, Midwives and Nurses Dolj (OAMGMAMR) was established under Ordinance 144/2008 in accordance with Art. 163 of Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament of 07.09.2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications. Order of General Nurses, Midwives and Medical Assistants is the professional organization and it has regulatory role to develop standards and rules of practice as a nurse, midwife and medical assistant.   • 3. The Order of Nurses, Midwives and Medical Assistants of DOLJ county has a total of 6000 medical assistants with Certificate of Membership. From the total members who have obtained Certificate of Membership, a number of 4300 are employed in public and private healthcare. GENERAL PRESENTATION II

THE MOST REPRESENTATIVE HEALTHCARE UNITS OF DOLJ COUNTY ARE: Emergency Hospital of Craiova Municipal Hospital “Filantropia” Infectious Diseases Hospital “” Victor Babes” of Craiova Neuropsychiatry Hospital of Craiova Ambulance Service of Dolj County Hospital Filişanilor Municipal Hospital Calafat Municipal Hospital Băileşti Neuropsychiatry Hospital of Poiana Mare City Hospital Segarcea Public Service of Medical and Social Assistance 6 Medical and Social Assistance Units
  • 5. THE ORDER OF NURSES, MIDWIVES AND MEDICAL ASSISTANTS OF DOLJ COUNTY IS COMPOSED BY: A President 3 Vicepresidents A Secretary 16 County counselors that are employed in public and private healthcare.
  • 6. THE ORDER OF NURSES, MIDWIVES AND MEDICAL ASSISTANTS OF DOLJ COUNTY HAS 6 EMPLOYERS :  President Med. Asist. Gavrilescu Viorel  I.T Engineer eng. Radu Ştefan Valentin  Data operator Singuran Oana  Data operator Micu Ana-Maria  Secretary Roşoga Nicoleta  Financial Expert ec. Tudosie Raluca The activity is perform form Monday to Friday (from 7:30 to 15:30)
  • 7. VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES PRESENTATION Year by year we have in our organization a lot of volunteers which want to be involved in our public Medical and Social Assistance Units. For all the volunteers we offer our support that they need to be integrated in the activities that will be develope. With all public Medical and Social Assistance Units and Hospitals of Dolj county we have create a special protocol for our volunteers. This protocol is made in accordance with our laws (volunteer law).
  • 8. VOLUNTEERS REPORT • In a statistic made within the organization in the last 3​​ years (2009 - 2011) we found an annual increase in the number of volunteers which want to be involved in Healthcare units. • This statistic was performed at the level of the Healthcare​​ and Medical- Social Assistance units of Dolj county. • A good part of these volunteers have requested our organization a recommendation that is necessary for a future job in these units.
  • 9. CONCLUSIONS Due to the biological evolution, where social, economic and cultural factors are involved simultaneously, our main target is to offer support to the disadvantaged category of these units, represented by elder people. Our concern is to work for the people, understand their needs and act together for a dignified life.
