1. GOAL SETTING FORM<br />The intention of goal setting is to provide you with an insight into the importance of the balance of your life. Whether its in relation to Business, Personal, Exercise, Health, Family or Lifestyle all things must be balanced in order for us to achieve balance and happiness. <br />Its is recommended that you set aside an hour to work on your Plan. Try to be completely honest with yourself throughout the exercise and hang on to it for future reference. There is no hard and fast rule on what works and what doesn’t but its designed to help you like yourself, be happy with your achievements and plan toward self fulfilment. So here we go…<br />STEP 1. The SWOT is used to identify areas of weakness, opportunity, strength and what threats there are to success. Lets look at a SWOT analysis for personal growth. As if you were a brand or a product. So lets start with doing exactly what they do.
