As a former IT desktop and technical trainer, "I've seen it all": users who are happy with IT as well as users who are suffering from it and who feel not being listened to nor understood. This experience keeps me driving today in everything I do. User satisfaction is what matters.
At CIRB, I started as Project Leader. In 2008, I became manager of the Service Management division, where I contributed ever since to the definition and organisation of CIRB's IT services.
After having contributed actively to the optimization of the Service Desk IRISline and the newly created Monitoring unit, I got back to my core business IT Service Management.
