Nature Mark is a strategy for increasing the time
we spend outdoors and in nature. Its purpose is to
create opportunities for products and services to
separate themselves in the value they are deliver-
ing. If they promote outdoor time, inquiry into living
things, and wonderment of nature they can join Na-
ture Mark.

serve as an excellent educator, companies who at-
tain the Nature Mark and responsible for helping us
get back to Nature.

For a product or service to display the Active Nature
Mark it must meet international Active Nature
standards. These standards are agreed through a
process of research and consultation with key
participants in the Active Nature scheme, including
parents, kids, the NHS, HM the department of
Education & academic institutions.

7. Challenges...
Challenges to the Nature Mark in qualification come
from efforts that do not improve social and environ-
mental well being.
Examples include sport hunting, dune buggy racing,
motorboats, and nature tourism.
