Identify the workforce requirements (in terms of employee competencies & behaviors) this strategy requires.  Jovial Highly inclined towards customer service If Customer exceeds bill threshold , employees should give a demo break dance for them High energy level
Specify HR activities necessary to produce the effect of a Starbucks coffee shop  Increase incentives (Bean stock) Yoga Programs Spiritual fulfillment Higher management should know all employees by their name
Metrics that can be measured for the success of HR strategy.  Avg time of customer spent TAT for Customer Delight level of Customer Repeat Purchase level of customers
