3. My idea for my poster presentation for the NHS
will have me when I didn’t exercise next to me
now that I exercise, basically a comparison, the
images are also not going to have the images as
they are, ill be using photoshop so just have
figures stand out without background.
More so, it will have a line between the two to
basically indicate that anything is possible if you
keep to it. However, the line won't be a straight
line it will be like a lightning bolt so it doesn’t
look basic but will be a dark colour so that it is
visible.
In the poster it will have a quote or motto that
represents something like hard work, for
example "all journeys are hard but not
impossible and that’s what makes them
worthwhile" or "if it feels impossible should
that be more of a reason to do the impossible."
Furthermore, the background I think I'll use a
fade between blue and white, where the blue
at the top fades into white.
The text in the poster will
also have the same dark
colour as the lighting
shaped line that
separates both of the
individuals.
5. In this it shows
someone (Daniel) lifting
weights as a "Cowboy Shot".
Furthermore, this scene will
only last for around 5 to 10
seconds.
I'll make sure he
doesn’t struggle to show that
it's not a requirement
needed to go to the gym.
Bicep curls – long bar
Someone will be doing
pull ups for reps, slowly
or fast depending on
who it is.
Median shot, for the
shot type of the
advertisement.
Timing would be around
5 to 10 seconds.
The location would
either be in a gym or
park.
In this I will be the
actor who
participates (Saul)
as ill be doing the
yoga / palliates. 5
to 10 seconds.
Ill be doing
different variation
s either a
second each or
two whole ones.
This one would be
a shoulder press with
long bar or
dumbbells
(inside gym).
The time would be a
range of 5 to 10
seconds.
Median shot.
Shadow boxing – close
up of the boxing gloves
/ hand wraps –
following the hands
10 to 15 seconds
but drifting between
different adverts - sped
up
6. In this someone
will be walking,
wearing
casual clothes
showing you
don’t need gym
clothes to walk.
This would be shot
in a side cowboy
angle and a normal
cowboy shot.
This would be a 5
to 10 second shot.
People running past
the camera showing
you don’t have to be
alone whilst doing it
and it can be serious
and fun.
10 – 15 seconds.
Wear anything you
want so you don’t need
specific clothing
For the football shot ill
have the camera following
the foot as its about to kick
the ball and go into a long
shot, either transition or the
same shot.
The time will just be 5 to
10 seconds long.
Regular shoes to show
you don’t need to have
football shoes to play
football.
Location – GOALS
(inside college)
Skipping would have a person
/ people skipping implying you
don’t have to do it
alone furthermore, there
will be showing
different variations of skipping
so to show they viewer
that you can
challenge yourself.
Clothing will be casual.
Pan camera rotation form side
angle to facing them.
A range of 5 to 10 seconds
The camera angle for
the sit ups will be
above their
knee height and
showing them going up
and down.
Duration of time would
be 3 to 5 seconds.
Casual clothing.
7. Swimming would either be
a point of view, or it would
be a long shot.
Timing would be around 5
to 10 seconds.
Just shorts or swimsuit.
The camera would follow the
person doing pushups, up and
down.
The camera would focus on their
back as the center of the image and
just been able to see their head.
Camera time would be around 5 to
10 seconds.
Any type of clothing.
Camera angle for this
would be a long
shot. However, I would have it
as a close up and then extend
out into a long shot showing
them still climbing.
Just casual clothing.
10 to 15 seconds camera time
8. For some of these shots on the story board I've created, I'm not able to do, I liked the ideas of some, but I
don’t believe they are achievable, like the swimming and rock-climbing ones because I don’t have a rock-
climbing location near that is accessible and I don’t have a go pro to record in water to be able to get the
swimming shots.
Furthermore, I was not able to get many shots of different people because of how I was behind in the
course however iv managed to get a few videos of me doing these activities for my project, I still need
more and have yet to make them into a video / advertisement.
