Many changes since Sept 09: retirement, living one day at a time, & the realization there's a life worth living; even with MS. My constant blessing is Lynette; 21 yrs of marriage... Of course who else would put up with my #@%* ? Can I get an Amen??
I am a retired Air Force Master Sargeant as of 2009 and am now a full-time graduate student at Midwestern State University.
In 2007, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, which led to my retirement from the Air Force 2 years later. Since my diagnosis, I have been asked to speak to many groups and seminars about my experiences with the disease. All things being said, I am doing fairly well with the disease. I’m also a cancer survivor
