Clay Production Line Blueprint

1 Brief Instruction

In clay brick production lines: equipments and machines for raw material treating, brick

extruding, brick drying and firing are the must. In real production procedure, there

differences in the three stages, mainly lies at: raw material treating for making high-quality

products, especially when customers’ place facing storage of clay, and needs to use shale,

coal gangue, fly-ash to replace use of clay, thus makes the equipments and machines for

the three stages have differences; machinery adoption for replacing labor forces to

improve the automation of production line, and the green brick from damage, especially

when producing high-quality bricks; plant responsibility for society, while in society, we

are facing pollutions from drying and firing, so customers are encouraged to adopt

high-firing efficiency, oil and gas instead of coal, and high-automation firing methods for

the brick drying and firing, like the tunnel kiln, to realize the responsibility for society.

Clay has different shape and need to crush into clay powder. Use Shipping Briquette Cart

delivers clay to Material-supply Machine. Material-supply Machine transfer certain feed

(according to production capacity of Grinder) to Grinder via belt conveyor.

Belt conveyor will transport the crushed powder to Double-roll Grinder mixing with

water.

Adequate raw material and water mixture, water can be added to total demand of 70%

until full mixing.

In order to increase the brick forming rate, after first mixing, belt conveyor transport

material to Fine Grinder, for crushing and grinding again, until Granularity of all material

are up to the standard.

Material is mixing together though Double-shaft Pug Mill, delivering into Vacuum

Extruder. The Vacuum Pump will draw out the water from material, For the whole

3. Packing: Sea worthy packed in containers, packing charge is included.

4. Guarantee:

1) The supplier guarantee to provide a quality guarantee for design and installation of

equipments within guarantee period of one year. The dates count from the equipments

arrive destination.

2) Within this guarantee period, all defects due to quality problems of design and

materials shall be removed, repaired or replaced by the supplier.

3) The supplier shall not be obligated to compensate either for normal wear and tear

caused by wrong operation or for the losses due to direct or indirect accidents.

5. Installation Charge: The supplier sends technician to install the machines and train the

operators, the round-way tickets, 30USD as every technician’s per day salary and

accommodation are born by the buyer.

6. Payment: 50% deposit, the balance in irrevocable L/C at sight or before shipment by

T/T.

7. Delivery: 30 days after receive deposit
