I consider myself an entrepreneur, some sort of getting in love with ideas and make them become true (if possible, with some profitability). Always moving, always exploring, just for the sake of accumulating quality life time. I'm very interested in the future of food. Innovation and sustainability are the foundation of a brand new food system. We should be open for change if we want to solve the two big issues of the actual food system, food related diseases and the scarcity of resources for a growing population. An awesome paradox.
