Show times: Pre-Judging 10:00am – Finals: 4:00pm**. The time for the finals is an estimated time based on the
number of competitors, and the completion time of pre-judging.
Classes: Men's Bodybuilding: Teen, Novice, 40+, 50+, 60+, Open - Men’s Physique: Novice, Open - Women's
Bodybuilding: Novice, 40+, Open - Figure: Novice 40+, Open – Bikini: Novice, 40+, Open
Division Details: Teen: Age 19 and under. Novice: Open only to those who have not placed first in any class
besides Teen within any division in the same category (Ex. Figure) with any organization (unless was the only
competitor in the class). Eligibility will be verified during polygraph testing. Age Divisions: Open only to those
falling into the stipulated age range (ex. 40+ is for competitors age 40 and over only).
Awards: WNBF Pro Cards will be awarded to open overall winners, and master’s 40 & over winners upon
completion of urinalysis. Awards for the top 5 in each class. Best poser award for both Men’s & Women’s
Bodybuilding Divisions.
Classes: Split by height or age.
Crossovers: A "crossover" is entering more than one division. For example, someone may enter the Novice
division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well.
Polygraph Testing: Thursday 4/14/16 beginning 3pm at the DoubleTree Hotel, 363 Maine Mall Rd., South
Portland, Maine 04106 (207) 775-6161. Friday 4/15/16 beginning at 7:00am at the DoubleTree Hotel. Saturday
4/16/16 beginning at 7:00am at the Westbrook Performing Arts Center (show venue). Polygraph testing for all
bodybuilding/figure/bikini competitors is $50 payable in cash or money order directly to the polygraph examiner.
Photo identification for all athletes will be checked prior to polygraph testing. Competitors who have tested and
passed within the previous 21 days are exempt.
OCB Membership: $65, and must be purchased online via www.ocbonline.com
Check-in: Thursday 4/14/16 3:00pm to 11:00pm at host hotel. Friday 4/15/16 7:00am to 11:00pm at host hotel,
or if necessary, Saturday 4/16/16 8:00am at the show venue, the Westbrook Performing Arts Center. Although
we’ll have a master list, it’s a good idea to bring proof of OCB membership with you to check in.
Contestant Meeting: 9:30am at the Westbrook Performing Arts Center
Fees: Entry $60, each additional “Crossover” is $30 per crossover. Entry deadline is 4/8/16 with no
exceptions! No crossover additions will be allowed at check in! Entry fees are non-refundable!
Tickets: Tickets purchased on-line on or before 4/8/16 are $20. Tickets purchased the day of show are $25.
Children 12 & under are FREE. Tickets purchased in advance are non-refundable!
Backstage Policy: 1 assistant per competitor allowed. Assistant must purchase a $25 Trainer Pass.
Hair/Make-Up: Hair & Make-up services provided by Style Me Portland. Limited appointment times available. For

Note: The product Dream Tan is not permitted at the contest site (due to the ease in which it comes off and
difficulty of cleaning it up). This was a requirement for using the facility. Plan to use other tanning products or
spray tanning service. If anyone is caught with Dream Tan at the contest site he/she will be disqualified from the
competition.
Music/Routines: House music only for Bikini, Figure, Women’s & Men’s Physique. Stage walks must be one
minute or less. Men’s & Women’s bodybuilding may use their own music or house music. Routine length .60
seconds max. Music must be on a CD-R only. Props are allowed
Hotel: The DoubleTree Hotel, 363 Maine Mall Rd., South Portland, Maine 04106 (207) 775-6161 Rate: $104 per

decision of the ODB, and/or contest promoters concerning my participation in an OCB-sanctioned contest pending the results of any f orm of testing
