Researcher. My research activity concerns the design and the development of signal and image processing algorithms. I am also involved in applied research projects between Politecnico di Milano and Gilardoni S.p.a. Part of my "academic" research is carried out in collaboration with researchers of the Department of Signal Processing at Tampere University of Technology (Finland).
Often, the pursued approach consist of a rigorous modelling of the core processes, the correct formulation of the issue, and the development of an original solution or a smart adaptation of existing techniques.
