A system description for Kenyan Universities where students can query fees balance, Exam results and/or even report emergencies. Administrators can also use the system to broadcast messages or even convene impromptu messages. the system is based on SMS service of GSM phones

- SMS (Short Message Service) has achieved huge success in the wireless world. Billions of SMS messages are sent every day. A lot of innovative applications are now built on top of the SMS technology and more are being developed. And how are we doing it ourselves? Can we increase efficiency, effectiveness and throughput of our offices? Can we reach everyone, and/or hear from everyone, all the time. Yes! And this is only achievable through mobile devices
