24. “Everyone can participate in all meetings, including the financial ones, and all
decisions are taken together and discussed, from the kind of project to accept
to strategic changes. There are no managers or bosses, people decide what
projects they want to work on, what tools they want to use and are responsible
for the entire process, from closing the deal with the customer to analysis,
implementation, support, follow-ups, etc.. Obviously people do not work alone,
everyone helps and collaborates, but who takes care of the project are the
ones interested in it.”
