1. EDW/BI Vision phase will review the high-level EDW Architecture.
A key deliverable for this phase is the EDW Roadmap detailing the
phased approach and the priorities and timing of the delivery the
various EDW sub-projects (phases).
2. Scope phase is intended to firm up high level business requirements
and to prepare detailed plans for the individual sub-projects.
3. Architect phase addresses the detailed design of the EDW solution,
including the target data models, ETL mappings, data integration
challenges, data quality plans and the design of the BI reporting layer.

4. Build phase - We will provide a team of highly qualified DW experts
to develop all the required EDW components including: ETL
processes, Data Cleansing/De-Duping processes, Data Auditing
processes and all BI Reporting deliverables
5. Test/QA phase - is intended to test every component of the EDW
platform by executing detailed test plans throughout the SIT and UAT
phases
6. Deploy phase - we will manage the phased rollout of the various EDW
sub-projects to the production environment (obtaining end-user signoff
on each phase)
7. Support phase – SQL Power will ensure you have on-going access to
key EDW design/development resources for on-going support, trouble-
shooting, training and knowledge transfer
