6. STEPS TO REDUCING COMPUTER EYESTRAIN
• Get an eye exam and wear glasses even if you have a minor
power.
• Make sure your room is properly lit, too bright or too dim
light may cause eye strain.
• Adjust the brightness of your computer screen.
• Blink often.
• Use lubricating eye drops for dry eyes.
• Always wear computer glasses to eliminate glares.

• Buy one computer glasses and always wear them while using computers.
• Drink plenty of water.
• Take frequent breaks at small intervals like after 20-30 minutes.

• Choose font color of your system carefully, preferably work with dark fonts
