include quad and hamstring exercises. Leg extensions and curls are a couple of great
exercises to work these muscles.
It is important to have proper form when walking in order to reduce the chance of injury. Keep
your back straight, with your shoulders back. Let your elbows form a 90-degree angle. Swing
your arms in opposition to your forward foot. As you step, land with your heel, then let the
remaining foot roll forward to the ground.
If you want to develop your muscle mass, try lifting heavier weights and doing less reps.

record your steps into your diary as well. Maintaining your fitness information in writing
assists you in keeping track of your goals.
Having a solid core is imperative. A strong and sturdy core comes in handy with any
exercises you choose to perform. You can build a stronger core by doing sit-ups. Doing sit
ups can also increase the range of motion you experience. This will allow the muscles in your
abs to work longer and harder.
Wear clothes that are comfortable when you're working out. If you do your workouts at a
gym, you may feel pressure to wear fashionable workout gear, but try not to succumb to that
pressure. Don clothes which allow you freedom of movement, but don't make you feel selfconscious. The proper workout clothes will make exercising more comfortable and enjoyable.
