before you travel so
they will be broken

have at home. It will not
be too firm or too soft.
You might not be able
to find the perfect bed
while you are staying in
hotels though. If you
bring along a
comfortable pillow, it
could help overcome a
bed that is not so
comfortable

everything and wearing
