6. But I realised that first I have to understand
‘my’ emotions…. Mastering myself would
be for a bigger cause, and moving towards
my aim

towards my aim as

I found
Yoga as a
mode of
physical
exercise that
connected
my mind
and body…
a very
important
part of my
life.
8. I see that
food also
determines
my
emotions…
I try to have good eating habits as
prevention is better than cure… it
builds up good health.
9. I want to be on a
path of growth
which will help me
find what I am and
be happy with it…
