INVESTOR SUMMARY
NOVA FUNDING provides short term first mortgages
throughout Central Texas. Investors may participate by
investing in these notes and earn 12% or more in annual
returns. NOVA FUNDING creates the mortgages for the
Borrowers and we service and collect the loans on behalf of
the Investors NOVA FUNDING is compensated by funds
collected from the borrower. The loans are well secured with
loan to value ratios for our loans from 30 to 65%.
Loans are made to Borrowers to acquire, refinance, or
renovate land, residential, or commercial property. These
short-term loans, usually no longer than 12 to 24 months,
begin at $100,000 and may range in size up to $1,000,000 or
more.
