 Tanglethorn Estate is a wildlife residential estate that offers stands for
sale in Kwazulu Natal, South Africa.
 The vision is to provide an enhanced quality of life on Tanglethorn
Wildlife Estate and “to recapture the gracious African farm lifestyle
that pioneer South Africans enjoyed. Sustainability and
environmental compatibility are key values of the development.
 All of the infrastructural services necessary for the transfer of the
stands have been provided in the initial stages of the project, including
metered water and electrical connections. The estate has been game
fenced, wildlife re-introduced and secure access has been established.

3. Equestrian Estates
 Tanglethorn Estate uniquely caters to the needs of equestrians and
horse lovers, offering outstanding outriders in an unspoilt natural

 Horse owners procure a stable and paddock lease as a separate
transaction. Facilities for horse owners include stables, paddocks, an
arena and a lunge ring on the estate in addition to numerous riding
trails.
