Job Purpose: To offer customers a competent contact point to register their support queries. Key Accountabilities: Customer Communication. Listens to the customers query and asks appropriate questions to identify the best route for resolution. Ensures all customer queries are dealt with in professional and friendly manner, offering escalation paths where required Call Logging. Documents all calls according to the relevant logging procedure and ensures that all actions taken are appropriately documented Process.
