Rob's background is in the operations of some of the largest digital agencies in the world
such as Sapient and Five by Five. His focus ensures we deliver solutions that are creative
and highly usable. He has worked with such brands as Adidas, Bacardi, Sony, Electronic
Arts, RBS, Times Online, the BBC and Sky.
Chris Goodall, BSc (Hons), CEng, MIET, CSM
Chris' background is in delivering global enterprise level software solutions gained during his
time with IBM, UBS Investment Bank, Citigroup and his own established software

Fault reporting and management system for customers, head office and
engineers.
Mobile portal for engineers to report on the status of jobs, diagnose faults and
order parts in real-time.
Administrative system for ICE internally provides them with a dashboard to
monitor performance and tools to manually optimise the workflow.
Implementation of an asset management system.
Fully comprehensive and flexible reporting module allows ICE to view and
analyse any element of the workflow.

Time spent managing the reporting, allocation and handling of faults within ICE
has reduced by half.
Since deploying the system and marketing it to clients ICE have seen a
significant increase in new clients.
Intelligence gathered from reporting has identified a range of improvements that
have subsequently been made across the business.

- 13. Teleflorist ecommerce site
The largest florist membership network in the UK. They provide relay facilities
both nationally and internationally to their network of member florists as well as
selling direct to the consumer through their web site and call centre.

Our initial research was broad and covered user testing, call centre listening as
well as spending time observing purchasing behaviour in florists and
supermarkets.
We performed iterative prototyping and interviews with customers to refine the
interface and establish the most effective solutions.
We developed complete wireframes for the consumer site along with visuals for
the look and feel.

An interim solution based on these designs has been implemented internally.
This interim solution based upon our results achieved a 100% increase in
conversion rates overnight.

- 18. eFlorist Sales order processing system
Largest florist membership network in the UK providing relay facilities both
nationally and internationally to their network of member florists as well as
selling direct to the consumer through their web site and call centre.

- 19. Solution
We developed a portal for florists to manage the day to day operations of their
business. This allows them to manage events, orders and deliveries.
Development of a CRM facility for florists to track the purchase history of their
customers and provide marketing opportunities.
Creation of a delivery area mapping tool and route planning system for deliveries.
Community features with forums, blogs and wikis which both build the community
and provide knowledge management and peer support.
A complex sales order processing system has been developed allowing orders to
be entered for local, national and international delivery.

After going live in May 2009, feedback from all sectors in the industry has been
extremely positive.
Member call centre support has reduced by 50%.
The industry peaks of Valentines and Mother’s Day performed faultlessly (these
represent a tenfold increase in orders through the system).
eFlorist have been bought out by Euroflorist, the largest relay organisation in
Europe and we are now deploying the system across Europe.

- 23. ICAP BlackBerry price feed
ICAP is the world’s largest interdealer broker. They operate in 32 countries and
are active in the wholesale markets in interest rates, credit, commodities, FX,
emerging markets, equities and equity derivatives.
The brief
Provide access to real-time pricing data for internal traders and ICAP clients.
BlackBerry application must provide compatibility for older operating systems
back to V4.5.

Bespoke application for BlackBerry devices.
Compatible with all devices such as Bold, Curve, Pearl, Touch and Storm and
supporting V4.5 of the OS and above.
Integration with backend pricing server at ICAP providing real-time streaming
stock prices.
Innovative features such as favourites and dashboard screen which provide
automated functionality with the option to override for more advanced users.
Full customisation is available to the user over what details they see. ICAP
provide individual access rights.

The application has been reviewed by RIM as a partner to ICAP and been given
high praise.
Phase 2 is being planned already with richer features such as charting and real-
time analytics. Also being deployed to other platforms including iPad and
iPhone.

- 27. Wiggle Various site developments
Wiggle is the largest retailer of cycling and triathlon products in the UK and a
significant presence internationally. They are an online only retailer and have
developed their own product lines for clothing and specialist bikes.
