Ceredox Technologies is a premier IT consulting and services company with a current
user base of 40 expected to grow to up to 200. Ceredox Technologies want the
services of Cooperp Solutions to Design, Install and Manage the Cisco IP Telephony
system.
Project Objective:
Design, Install & Manage support of Cisco IP Telephony services which should enable
the customer to effectively communicate between US and India operations, with an
aim to significantly save in operational costs and increase efficiency.
Conclusion:
Cooperp has enabled its client to liberate the cost savings that result from ceasing the
maintenance cover on its legacy PABX equipment, eliminating costly international
leased lines and reducing the cost of user moves, adds and changes, all of which was
