● THRUSTERの使い方を理解したあとにStep by Stepで学習可能な形にしている
● 使い方
a. キャンバスの各項目の意図を理解
b. 事業アイデアのテーマを決める(例:HR、マーケティング、決済 etc...)
c. テーマについてキャンバスを埋める(事実、仮説の区別を意識)
d. キャンバスのTo-Be側を実現するためのプランを実行する
e. プランを振り返り、キャンバスの中身を更新する
