3. FIRM PROFILE
Cooler Design Inc. is an architectural and interior design firm focused on providing user friendly
projects tailored to their clients’ needs. Bill Cooler, founder of Cooler Design, has a long and well es‐
tablished history of providing quality architectural services in the Indianapolis area and throughout the
Midwest. Bill has an instinctive ability to understand his clients needs and is very effective in interpret‐
ing the required codes and regulations thereby getting projects approved on a timely basis.
For a young firm, Cooler Design has shown tremendous growth due to the firm’s standard of excellence
and it’s ability to meet and exceed client expectations. Since it’s inception, Cooler Design has acquired
24 clients throughout Indiana, Illinois and Ohio. Most clients work with the firm on an ongoing basis,
using Cooler Design’s expertise on multiple projects. The firm continues to expand its client base due
to the strong recommendations of current clients, consultants and general contractors that have
worked with Bill and the firm over the years.
In addition to Bill’s 21 years of experience, his staff has over 70 years of combined experience in pro‐
gramming, architectural and interior design and construction.

Good Samaritan Hospital, Vincennes, Indiana ‐ New 2‐story addition with 18,000 sf Ambulatory Sur‐
gery Center and 60,000 sf of interior renovations including: new lab, expanded Endoscopy Suite, new
rehab, new surgical suite with 5 OR’s, and electrical infrastructure improvements. $17.5m, 2004‐2005.
Bloomington Hospital of Orange County ‐ Paoli, Indiana ‐ New office building for human resources,
