Ranging in length from four to seven pages, it is comprised of five components; 1. Company Positioning, 2. Opportunity Positioning, 3 Job Description, 4. Minimum Qualifications, and 5. AAESC Search Process PHASE 2: Candidate Identification, Sourcing and Market Review PHASE 2: Time To Completion 20 Days Expected Time to Completion – 20 Business Days from Client Approval of the Search Specification Primary Research AAESC conducts fresh, original, and targeted research for each assignment we undertake including in-depth direct sourcing of target companies as well as organizational charts/mapping of competitive companies. AAESC Value Add – Vibrant, dynamic approach to sourcing candidates rather than depending on a stale Rolodex. Sourcing and Cultivating Qualified Talent AAESC pro-actively identifies and approaches individuals whose experience, credentials, skills and accomplishments are appropriate for the position. We procure resumes and accumulate the largest possible pool before the evaluation process begins. AAESC Value Add – Interviews are performed by AAESC partner(s) Reference and Background Checks Fifty-eight point reference checks as part of a 360 ° candidate review are performed by an AAESC partner. In addition, a comprehensive background check is performed by Secure Solutions International. Each decision maker involved in the client interviews receives a full candidate presentation packet on each candidate in advance of the actual face-to-face. Offer Brokered, Extended, and Accepted Upon completion of the interviewing process, we will work closely with you in developing the strategy of an offer for the selected candidate.
