Situation Overview Identification of need Special needs organizations (SNO’s) do not sufficiently use the internet to inform, engage and mobilize their audiences Target audience Small to medium-sized SNO’s in the UK SNO’s with minimal budgets & IT resources Proposal of solution Inexpensive and customizable website platform Designed for easy implementation by B2B client users Designed for accessibility by B2B client end user audience (special needs people and their supporters)
Aims, Objectives & Benefits Aim: To enable special needs organizations to better serve their communities in the online environment.  Objectives   Create a reliable “state-of-the-art” web platform with a content management system. Develop the system which will provide discussion forum to facilitate users with social engagement. Develop the system with donation collection functionality. Develop a highly customizable web platform so that non-technical staff can also customize it easily License the platform to at least ten clients in the first year for 2,000 pounds each. Expected Sustainable Benefits Revenue when the platform is licensed and ancillary services like hosting, maintenance and deeper customization Building of a qualified client base for future products and services Positive contribution to special needs community Any partnership opportunity with big market players
